Angkor Wat (also known as the Angkor Wat temple) is Khmer king Suryavarman II built in the 12th century it was originally built as a Hindu temple, Angkor Wat later used as a place of worship Buddha after Cambodia’s monarchy converted to Buddhism in a few centuries later.
